- Run MS Outlook and just go to File menu and click on Open.

- Browse and select – open the PST file of your choice by clicking OK.
- Name of the file will appear on your Outlook Folder List.
NOTE: To see the Folder List go to Menu and click on Folder List. By default, a folder list is known as Personal Folders.
Just by following brief procedure of opening Outlook data file, you can read desired PST file on your Outlook client. However, only a few conditions follow;
The Outlook Data File must not be:
- Password Protected
- Or, Corrupted
