How to Break or Divide an Oversized PST file into Multiple Parts ?

Step 1:Install & Run SysTools PST Split Utility you are required to select the option to Split by Size and click on Next.

Step 2: In the next step, you are need to browse Outlook PST file you require to split. Click on "Browse"

Step 3: Select the PST file location on your computer.

Step 4: Choose Size of PST file on basis of which it should be divided.

Step 5: Select the destination folder where you want to keep the output PST files.

Step 6: Once you have completed this then, click on Next.

Step 7: All the information has been displayed on screen, check them thoroughly, & click on Split.

Step 8: The Current Status of execution will be shown on screen:

Step 9: Then a notification will appear that shows successful completion of the process:

Step 10: The process is complete. The tool will create Comma Separated File (CSV) containing the log on per folder partitioned from initial PST files & no. of items it contains. You can now compare your initial & resulting PST files.

Step 6: Once you are done with it, then click on Next.

Step 1: Select the option of Split by Folder and click on Next.

Step 2: Then browse the PST file you want to split up & click on Browse.

Step 3: Select the PST file storage location.

Step 4: Select the desired Folder Size

Step 6: Once you are done with all, click on Next.
