How to Save Gmail Email Messages from a Particular Sender?

Step 1: Download and install all-in-one Email Backup Wizard on your machine.

Step 2: You will see left panel of software, there is a wide range of email clients. In which, both G suite and Gmail are there.

Step 3: Firstly, choose Gmail email client.

Step 4: Enter your Gmail account credentials and click on Login button. Before that make sure that your Google “Gmail IMAP settings and Less Secure App” both are enabled.

Step 5: If your account is not enabled with the Gmail IMAP settings then, click on the mentioned link on the software’s panel. Once it is enabled then, click on Login button.

Step 6: You will see that the tool is connecting with your Gmail account.

Step 7: Now, you will notice that the software has previewed all the Labels, which are in your Gmail mailbox.

Step 8: Select the label for filtering specific sender emails.

Step 9: After this, choose the specific file format to save your resultant file.

Step 10: Choose the desired location for saving the output file, click on Change » Choose folder » click on OK.

Step 11: Choose the Advance Setting option to choose the particular sender.

Step 12: Select “From” option, if you want to filter emails from the specific sender. Even you can also choose “To” option to filter specific email.

Step 13: Enter the Address in the From option.

Step 14: Click on the Backup button to save the particular sender email in local machine.

Step 15: Once the process is completed, the tool will give a pop-up message.

Step 16: Now, go to the destination where you have saved the resultant file.
