How to Filter Mail in Gmail by Date and Backup Gmail Emails to External Hard Drive?

Step 1: Download and launch the Email Backup Wizard on your Windows system.

Step 2: When you open the software panel, you can see list of email sources on left panel of the application.

Step 3: From the list, select Gmail email client.

Step 4: Enter credentials of your Gmail mailbox then, click on Login button.

Step 5: Before, that do make sure that your Google Gmail IMAP Settings and Less Secure App is enabled. If it is not then, just click on given link. Then only, click on Login button.

Step 6: After that, the tool will load all Google Gmail Folders on tool’s panel.

Step 7: Even, the application will give a preview of all Google Gmail label.

Step 8: Choose the Gmail labels with a specific intervel emails.

Step 9: Select the desired output option to save the output file.

Step 10: Along with this also select destination path to save emails by clicking on Change button, you can simply browse storage location accordingly just like give location of your external hard drive.

Step 11: Click on option of Advance setting to simply filter the emails by date.

Step 12: Choose the date range to filter your email accordingly.

Step 13: Once you have entered the date range, simply click on Backup option.

Step 14: The tool will show live progress to filter your emails accordingly.

Step 15: Once procedure is over, the tool will give you pop-up message.

Step 16: Now, go to location where you have saved your email and open it to utilize.
